LAS GOLONDRINAS COMMUNITY - PHASE 1.
Las Golondrinas is Spanish for “The Swallows” and anyone who has visited our Urbanisation will realise it is aptly named due to the large number of Swallows that are resident for most of the year here. The Community consists of 69 Apartments and the first Owners took residence during 2001. Since its inception Las Golondrinas has the enviable reputation of one of the most “close knit” and friendliest Community’s on the Costa Del Sol.
The Las Golondrinas Community is situated next to the Mijas Golf Course, below the hills of Mijas and just a short drive from Fuengirola and Benalmadena. In the short time we have been established we have achieved the following:- • Vehicle access to the Community by remote controlled entry gates and a Pedestrian Gate with digital lock. • Community Digital Television System. • Pool Heating from 1st October until the end of May • Pool Lighting & custom built toilets in the Pool area. • Extensive Pool Furniture. • Door Entry System for each Block / Apartment. • Employed a full time Maintenance Man (Juan) and a Part Time Cleaner (Montse).
