LAS GOLONDRINAS JANUARY 2008 NEWS UPDATE

The weather for those people who visited Las Golondrinas during January proved to be extremely good and there were long periods of warm sunshine during most days – long may it continue

 
POOL REFURBISHMENT
The pool is now drained and refurbishment of the pool and surrounding area will commence tomorrow and hopefully, weather permitting, the work will be completed within the stated period of 3 weeks.

The wall area at the entrance to the pool from the car park will have decorative railings erected to make it secure and in line with the Spanish Laws governing the safety of Community Pools.

The entrance area from the pool to the back line garden area will also have decorative railings and a gate erected. These measures will ensure our pool meets the necessary legal requirements and provide us with far greater security for all concerned.

In order to maintain the security of the Community I would ask for everyone’s co-operation by not divulging any of our access codes to any unauthorised third party.  

ADSL INTERNET CONNECTION
We have been advised by VIP Wi-Fi Hotspots S.L. that our installation will take place between the 20th and 29th of this month.

I will contact you during the next few weeks with all the details of how to get connected to the system, what you require and any costs you may incur.

COMMUNITY FEES
By now all Owners should have paid their Community Fees for the first six months of 2008. Anyone who has failed to pay their Community Fees in full by the 31st of January 2008 has now lost the discount available to them.

Listed below are the names of Owners who show as having outstanding Community fees as at the 31st of January 2008. This information is provided by the Administrators and should anyone feel it is incorrect or you have paid please contact the Administrators on 0034 952 58 75 29 (Sonja or Michelle).
